The Challenge

In 2020, Specsavers — one of the world’s largest optical retailers — was preparing to enter the Canadian market for the first time. Launching a global brand in a new country is a creative production challenge as much as a marketing one: every campaign, every store opening, and every local activation has to land on-brand, on-time, and adapted for a Canadian audience. And it has to scale. Fast. Specsavers needed a creative partner that could move at launch speed in 2021 and keep moving as new locations opened across the country.
